Bulan Ramadhan 2016 ni sepatutnya Hairi Juice tahun yang ke tujuh di Bazar Ramadhan Selayang Mall. Memandangan komitmen terlalu tinggi terhadap pengeluaran Serbuk Asam Boi Asli Hairi Juice tanpa biji, Serbuk Asam Pencicah Buah SEMPOY dan membekalkan buah potong sekitar Kepong dan Selayang dan juga dalam perancangan mengeluarkan Pati Jus dalam masa terdekat, terpaksalah saya terus bersara untuk Bazar Ramadhan.
Dekat sini saya ingin berkongsi ilmu sedikit untuk perniagaan jus bazar ramadhan. Yang penting jangan takut dengan persaingan. Ada orang buat dua jus sahaja iaitu yang paling mudah tembikai dan mangga. Dengan persediaan hanya 2 jug dan 1 blender. Buat seorang pun boleh. Tapi tengok bajet dan masa seseorang tu. Bagi yang part time tu bolehlah buat 2 jus sahaja.
Bagi yang betul-betul nak buat duit ribu riban, Bazar Ramadhan lah tempat nak buat duit. Kalau sale macam pasar malam juga, baik kita berniaga kat pasar malam aje, tak rugi tapak 3-4 ratus.
Kalau anda nak buat perniagaan jus Bazar Ramadhan, kena study dulu. Ada dua cara anda buat. Jus fresh dan juga jus balang. Jus balang dengan air balang tak sama ye. Kalau jus balang orang jual satu cup rm2.50 orang beli. Kalau air balang orang jual rm2 pun orang kata mahal. Rasa jus dengan air balang tak sama.
Kalau nak untung besar dan mudah, anda buat la jus balang. Maksima jus balang dalam 10 balang dah cukup untuk 2 tapak saiz 12 kaki. Anda jual satu cup saiz 22 oz RM2.50 dan plastik saiz 7 x 10 RM3.00. Dan anda boleh jual 2 bungkus RM5. Angaran modal Rm30-Rm40 untuk satu balang. Tengok saiz balang. Kalau habis satu balang jualan anda dalam Rm130-Rm150 satu balang.

Jus balang dan jus fresh ada pelangannya sendiri. Tak kisah lah anda nak buat jus balang atau fresh yang penting rasanya sama. Gunakan air filter. Tak kisahlah filter di rumah atau filter mesin. Tak rugi bayar duit mesin rm10. Kalau rajin gunakan air masak. kalau rajin laaaaa.
Katakan anda nak buat jus fresh. Maksudnya anda blender kat situ juga. Nak buat jus fresh banyak assesori nak kena ada. Sekurang-kurangnya 1 blender. kemudian generator pulak. Jug blender nak kena banyak ikut berapa jus yang anda nak buat.

Risiko Jus fresh ni, anda selalu kena ragging dengan pelangan. Contohnya mangga. Ada pelangan nak mangga + susu, ada pelangan nak mangga + buah naga + gula atau susu. Bermakna anda kena mahir nak adun buah campuan atau lebih susu kurang gula atau lebih gula kurang susu. Itulah kelebihan jus fresh yang ramai pelangan suka.
